What is Bilosin 200?
Bilosin 200 is an anti-microbial injection containing 200mg/ml of tylosin tartrate which is licensed for use in cattle, sheep, pigs and goats for the treatment of a range of gram positive organisms, some gram negative bacteria, spirochaetes, mycoplasma and certain vibrios.
Indications
Bilosin 200 is effective against gram positive organisms, some gram negative bacteria, spirochaetesand mycoplasma. Certain vibrios are also susceptible. The product is of particular value in swine dysentery. It is effective in treatment of calf pneumonia, swine pneumonia and mycoplasma infections in cattle, sheep and goats. It is also effective in treating infectious sinusitis due to Mycoplasma gallisepticum.
